# Analysis

The **Analysis**page is used to analyze and compare columns of grade reports for different years or semesters to each other.

##### To Generate an Analysis Report:

1. Click the **Grade Management** drop-down button from the main menu, then choose **Analysis**.
2. Choose the analysis columns.
3. Choose the school years.
4. Choose the semesters.
5. Choose the level.
6. Choose a specific section or all sections.
7. Choose a specific course or all courses.
8. Click **Search**to start searching and generating the report.
