# Approval Review

On the**Approval Review** screen, you can find an overview of all pending and completed approval requests. It includes a **status chart**, a **flow list**, and tools to manage how approval data is viewed.

**To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:**

1- View the **Approvals flow status** chart to monitor requests that are in review, declined, or approved.

2- Click the **Done** or **Need Approval** legend buttons to filter displayed requests.

3- Use the **Rows**, **Export**, or **Customize columns** buttons to adjust how requests appear in the **Approvals flow list** table.
