# Forms

The **Forms** screen allows users to review closed survey data and export it for further analysis. The table includes columns like title, close date, and actions.

**To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:**

1. Analyze the information in the table under **Title**, **Close Date**, and **Actions**.
2. To download the survey results as an Excel file, click the **Export to Excel** button.
3. To carry out any available actions related to each survey, use the **Actions** column.
