# Active requests

The **Active Requests**screen allows users to manage parent-student requests by filtering based on school and grade level while providing audio alerts and a fullscreen view option.

**To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:**

1. Click**"Parents students requests"** to view all parent requests.
2. Click**"Today's requests"** to filter only today's requests.
3. Clickthe red speakerbutton to turn audio notifications on or off.
4. Clickthe**"Select School"**dropdown and choose a school to filter requests.
5. Clickthe**"Select Level"**dropdown and pick a grade level or select **All** to view all.
6. Clickthe**blue expand**button to switch to fullscreen mode for better visibility.
7. Clickthesame dropdownagain to **change** or **reset** your selection.
