The school admin can view the students' medical records and diagnoses, search for a specific student's medical record and add new clinic transfer requests.

##### To Add a Clinic Transfer Request :

1. Select the student from the drop-down list.
2. Select the clinic you want to transform him/her to.
3. Add any details about the transfer. (Optional)
4. Click **Save**.
