# Score Drop

This page shows all actions that took place within the system and affected the users’ points and scores. Go to [My Score](https://manual.classera.com/docs/teacher-account/my-score/) in the teacher’s account for more details about point factors.

**Note**: Recalling assignments and exams does not only affect the score; it also deletes all students’ submissions.

**To reach the Score Drop report:**

1. From the main menu, click the Reports drop-down menu m and then click Score Drop.

The administrator can search by model; such as a student model or teacher, or a specific ID number or user or by URL of the the specific score searched for.
