# Diseases

The **Diseases** screen allows users to add, search, edit, and manage disease records. It provides filtering options based on descriptions of English and secondary languages.

**To navigate through the Diseases screen:**

1. Click the **Add Disease** button to add a new disease type.
2. Use the following search filters:
   - Enter the disease description in English in the **English Description** field.
   - Enter the disease description in the secondary language in the Description in the Secondary Language field.
3. Click **Search** to filter the results based on the entered criteria.
4. The table below displays the disease types, showing **English Description** and **Description in Secondary Language**.
5. Use the action icons under **Action** to edit or delete a disease type.
6. Below the table, you can:
   - Click **Rows** to adjust the number of rows displayed.
   - Press **Export** to export the table data.
   - Click **Customize columns** to adjust which columns are displayed.
7. Use the pagination buttons at the bottom to navigate through different pages of [disease](https://manuals.classera.com/docs/diseases-and-medications/)types.
