# Guardians

On the **Guardians** screen, you can find a list of guardians along with their government ID, name, number of linked children, school, mobile number, gender, nationality, last activity, and email, this screen shows a list of guardians. In addition to viewing associated students and viewing the account modification history, users can filter, search, and export data.

**To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:**

1. To open the **Guardians** screen, click **Users** from the main menu, then **Guardians**.

2. To view the guardian database, click **Guardians**.

3. Enter a Government ID, Name, School, or Username to use the search filters, and then click **Search** to locate particular guardians.

4. Click **Students** under the Action column to view linked students or **Account Changed Log**to check changes made to the guardian’s account.
