# Insertions Report

The **Insertions Report** page is used to view a report with the details of the teachers who entered scores in the grade reports.

##### To Generate an Insertions Report:

1. Click the **Grade Management** drop-down button from the main menu, then choose **Insertions Report**.
2. Choose the report card you want to view its insertions.
3. Select a level.
4. Select a course.
5. Select the teacher you want to view his/her insertions.
6. Select a transcript attribute.
7. Click **Search**to start searching and generating the report.
