# Lectures absences detailed report

On the **Lecture Absences Detailed Report** screen, giving users access to student attendance data for various sections and lecture times. Users can print reports, export data, and filter results by date.

**To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:**

1. To open the **Lectures absences detailed report** screen, click ****Lectures absences detailed report**** from the main menu
2. Click **Search** after choosing the From and To dates to create a report.
3. Click **Export** to Excel to export the report.
4. Click **Print** to print the report.
