# VCR Activation Report

On the **VCR Activation Report** screen, you can search, manage, and track attendance for recorded smart classes. Follow the steps below to perform actions.

**To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:**

**Search for a Recorded Class**

- Search for a **Recorded Class**
- In the search fields, type the **Title**, **Teacher**, **Course**, or **School**.
- To filter the results, click the **Search** button.

**Manage Displayed Data**

- To change how many rows are shown, click **Rows**.
- To download the class data, click **Export**.
- To change the columns that are visible, click **Customize columns.**
- View Absences and Attendance

**Find the class you want in the list.**

- To see the list of students who attended the session, click **Attendees**.
- To view the students who missed the class, click **Absences**.
