The Students Requests<\/strong> screens are designed to manage and process various student-related requests efficiently. Administrators can review parent-submitted requests, monitor request logs, and handle student checkouts through a user-friendly interface that includes filtering, searching, and real-time processing tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use the Students Requests<\/strong> screen Follow up this steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the main menu, click the Students Requests<\/strong><\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Parents Students Requests<\/strong> to review and manage requests submitted by parents regarding students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Requests Log<\/strong> to view the history of all submitted and processed requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Use Students Checkout<\/strong> to manage the checkout process for students, including approvals and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To use the Parents Students Requests<\/strong> screen Follow this steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. From the main menu, click the Students Requests<\/strong><\/strong> <\/strong> button and select Parents Students Requests<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select a school from the Select School<\/strong> dropdown menu to filter requests based on the chosen institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose a level from the Select Level<\/strong> dropdown to narrow down the requests to a specific grade or educational stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click the Back<\/strong> button to return to the previous screen if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To use the Today\u2019s Students Requests<\/strong> screen Follow this steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. From the main menu, click the Students Requests<\/strong><\/strong> <\/strong> button and select Parents Students Requests<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click Today\u2019s Requests<\/strong> to view a list of all student requests submitted on the current day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Monitor the requests displayed to take appropriate actions as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. If no requests are shown, wait for updates or navigate to Parents Students Requests<\/strong> for additional requests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        2. Enter the Nationality Number<\/strong>, Student Name<\/strong>, or Call From<\/strong> field to filter requests based on specific criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click the Search button to display results that match the entered criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Use the Advanced Search<\/strong> dropdown to refine the search further with additional filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Adjust the number of displayed records using the Rows<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Click Export<\/strong> to download the request logs for reporting or record-keeping purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        7. Use the Customize Columns<\/strong> button to display specific columns in the table, such as school, level, status, or request date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          2. Use the Switch Camera<\/strong> button to toggle between available cameras to ensure the correct one is selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Position the student within the dashed box area displayed on the screen for identification or scanning purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Follow on-screen instructions (if any) to complete the checkout process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
