for Title, Close Date, and Actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want to export the list, click the Export to Excel button to download the data as an Excel file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the Title of the form in the provided field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the Header section using the text editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the Show calendar to the user option if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the Opening Date by clicking the field and selecting a date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the Close Date by clicking the field and selecting a date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload a Terms and Conditions document using the Choose File button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Department from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the Visibility option: Public or Private.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter any additional Description in the text box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Save button to save the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Preview button to review
