Activate \/ Deactivate Forms: Each form can be turned <strong>ON<\/strong> or <strong>OFF<\/strong> for use by parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>&nbsp;Activate: <\/strong>Makes the form available for Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>&nbsp;Deactivate: <\/strong>Hides the form from Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Action Menu (Preview &amp; Copy)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Click the vertical three-dots icon under <strong>Action<\/strong> to access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Preview: <\/strong>Opens a <strong>read-only view<\/strong> of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Copy: <\/strong>Creates a duplicate of the selected form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><br>A single class cannot be linked to more than one registration form.
