These screens allow users to manage Bus Supervisors<\/strong> and Trips<\/strong> efficiently. The Bus Supervisors<\/strong> screen enables searching, editing, and viewing assigned trips for supervisors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enter a Government ID<\/strong>, Name<\/strong>, or Mobile Number<\/strong> in the search fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Search<\/strong> button to find the desired supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Rows<\/strong> to adjust the number of displayed records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Export<\/strong> to download the supervisor data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Customize columns<\/strong> to modify which data fields are displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the eye icon<\/strong> under the Action<\/strong> column to view details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click the pencil icon<\/strong> to edit the supervisor\u2019s information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click the trash icon<\/strong> to delete a record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Click the dropdown menu<\/strong> and select Trips list<\/strong> to view assigned trips for a supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click Add New Trip<\/strong> to create a new bus trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter search criteria in the Title<\/strong>, School<\/strong>, Bus Number<\/strong>, or Bus Supervisors<\/strong> fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Search<\/strong> to filter trips based on entered criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Advanced Search<\/strong> for more filtering options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Rows<\/strong> to adjust the number of displayed trips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click Export<\/strong> to download trip data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Click Customize columns<\/strong> to modify the displayed data fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Click the pencil icon<\/strong> under Action<\/strong> to edit a trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
