Bulk Update of Student Status<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The System Administrator (Admin)<\/strong> can update the status of a group of students in bulk through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • From the Main Menu<\/strong>, open the Users<\/strong> drop-down list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on Students<\/strong> to access the full list of student accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    This feature allows the Admin to modify the status of multiple students simultaneously, reducing manual effort and ensuring efficient data management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Business Validation Rules<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The system applies the following rules before completing the process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. The selected students must belong to the same academic year<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The selected students must belong to the same school<\/strong> (in multi-school environments).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The new status selected must be different from the current student status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Students must have valid administrative IDs (Admin ID)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Students must have valid educational IDs (Student ID)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The statuses allowed for update are:\n

      • Active<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Deleted<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Blocked<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Transferred<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Suspended<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Graduated<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Admission Pending<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • If the selected students exceed 500 students<\/strong>, the system will display a warning message and will not complete the operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If one of the selected students does not meet the criteria (different school, invalid ID, etc.), the system will notify the user and exclude that student from the bulk update.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Managing Grade Report Locking for Students (System Admin Account)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          This feature allows the System Administrator to lock or unlock student grade reports<\/strong> for specific students as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To access the grade report lock\/unlock feature, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. From the Side Menu<\/strong>, open Grades Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                2. Levels Selector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Choose the Grade Level(s)<\/strong> (e.g., Grade 1, Grade 4, Grade 6).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Multiple grades can be selected to compare performance across levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Note:<\/strong> The page updates only after pressing the Search<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  3. Courses Selector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Select the course(s) you want to analyze (e.g., English \u2013 Grade 1, Science \u2013 Grade 4).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Supports multi-selection to generate combined statistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    4. Search Button<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • After selecting Report Card + Level(s) + Course(s)<\/strong>, click Search<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
