Email as well.<strong><br>Access Path:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>admin&#8217;s account &#8212; side menu &#8212; courses management &#8212; full schedule &#8212; assign substitute teacher, so that the admin can define whether he\/she wants to send an SMS or email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manager\/school leader &#8212; side menu &#8212; teachers &#8212; more actions for any teacher &#8212; absences &#8212; Full Day absences&#8211; &amp; &#8220;Assign substitute teacher for each lecture&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Use:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manager\/school leader &#8212; side menu &#8212; teachers &#8212; more actions for any teacher &#8212; absences &#8212; Full Day absences&#8211; &amp; &#8220;Assign substitute teacher for each lecture&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The manager\/school leader can decide whether he\/she wants to notify the substitute teacher by email or SMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>So, on the sent SMSs, the following information should be added:<ul><li>Level\u2019s title<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Section\u2019s title<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Timeslot\u2019s title<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">So, the SMS\u2019s text will be changed as follows:&nbsp;<br>\u201d You\u2019ve been assigned as a substitute teacher for [[original teacher\u2019s name]] for the [[course\u2019s title]] \u2013 [[Level\u2019s title]] [[section\u2019s title]] on [[timeslot\u2019s title]] \u2013 [[Working Day\u2019s title]] \u2013 [[Working day\u2019s date]].\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So, the email\u2019s text will be changed as follows:<br>\u201dDear [[substitute teacher\u2019s full name]],&nbsp;<br>&#8220;We want to tell you that you\u2019ve been assigned as a substitute teacher for [[original teacher\u2019s name]] for the [[course\u2019s title]] &#8211;
