{"id":17981,"date":"2026-02-02T00:30:28","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T00:30:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manual.classera.com\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=17981"},"modified":"2026-02-03T17:03:51","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T17:03:51","password":"","slug":"guardian-account","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/manual.classera.com\/fr\/docs\/guardian-account\/","title":{"rendered":"Guardian Account."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Family Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aim:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">As a <strong>guardian<\/strong>, I want to <strong>view and manage tuition invoices for all my children (if they are in the same school) <\/strong>from one consolidated page, so that I can filter, review due and paid amounts, and proceed with payment quickly and conveniently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Access Path:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Guardian logs in \u2013 Clicks on <strong>Payments \u2014 Family Payment.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System checks: Are all children from the same school? \u2705 Yes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">System displays <strong>Family Payment Page.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Default filters auto selected: <strong>All Children, Current Year, Current Semester.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">System fetches <strong>invoice data and summary<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Guardian views the <strong>invoice table <\/strong>&amp; side menu &#8212; settings &#8212; approval flows &#8212; add new flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>guardian\u2019s account<\/strong> \u2014 side menu \u2014 <strong>clinic<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>Excuse Request<\/strong> will be added to their accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>guardian\u2019s account<\/strong>\u2014 side menu \u201c<strong>Approvals<\/strong>\u201d tab should be added to the guardian\u2019s account which containing both \u201c<strong>My Approvals<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Approval Request<\/strong>\u201d so they can follow their approvals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Use:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will use the approvals flow module for this change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>admin\u2019s account &#8212; side menu &#8212; settings &#8212; approval flows &#8212; add new flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The admin will be able to choose some roles for the maker and checker and super checker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will have some changes regarding the medical module, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">So, for any maker role, the currently page called \u201c<strong>Excuse Request<\/strong>\u201d existing on the <strong>guardian\u2019s account<\/strong> \u2014 side menu \u2014 <strong>clinic<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>Excuse Request<\/strong> will be added to their accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Secondly, on the mentioned \u201c<strong>Excused Request<\/strong>\u201d page, a new field will be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">This field will be called \u201c<strong>Absence\/Leave<\/strong>\u201d and it will return two values:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also, guardians will be able to choose leave time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After that, it will go through the normal approvals flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">So, an \u201c<strong>Approvals<\/strong>\u201d tab should be added to the guardian\u2019s account which containing both \u201c<strong>My Approvals<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Approval Request<\/strong>\u201d so they can follow their approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> This will affect the attendance status of the student, and it will be changed to \u201c<strong>Left with Permission (LP)<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong>3-School Data Filtering on Payment History (Performance Boost)<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><\/strong><strong>Aim:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We added School-level data filtering to the <strong>Payment History page<\/strong>, so queries are scoped to the selected school (and optional sub-filters), significantly improving load time and responsiveness for large datasets.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Access Path:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LMS &#8212;
