Supervisor Account."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>-Bus Tracking Edits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aim:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This improvement is regarding some bus tracking enhancements we need to add.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Firstly<\/strong>, is about some changes in the columns of the <strong>trip\u2019s logs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Secondly<\/strong>, we need to edit some columns in the <strong>students log table<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Thirdly<\/strong>, guardians will be able to <strong>notify bus supervisors about the absence<\/strong> of their children so that the bus supervisor has previous knowledge of the students\u2019 absences from the bus trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also, when students leave in the middle of the school time, bus supervisors must be notified so they have previous knowledge that the student will not be on the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Fourth<\/strong>, Bus supervisors must be <strong>notified after a specific period that<\/strong> they <strong>haven\u2019t ended the bus trip<\/strong>, so if they forgot, they remember to end it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Access Path &amp; How to has a leave in the middle of the school time, his\/her bus supervisor must be notified about it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">So, on the <strong>guardian\u2019s account<\/strong> \u2014 side menu \u2014 bus trips \u2014 actions column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">A new action called \u201c<strong>Absent from the Trip for Today<\/strong>\u201d will be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Also<strong> Leave requests<\/strong>, when there is a leave request that is approved by the permission officer Or manager, the bus supervisor should be notified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D-Bus supervisor being notified that the trip is still active<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because sometimes, bus supervisors forget to end the trip through the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Bus supervisors should be <strong>notified after 1 hour of the trip\u2019s end time<\/strong> that the trip is still
