-Bus Tracking Edits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aim:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This improvement is regarding some bus tracking enhancements we need to add.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Firstly<\/strong>, is about some changes in the columns of the trip\u2019s logs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Secondly<\/strong>, we need to edit some columns in the students log table<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Thirdly<\/strong>, guardians will be able to notify bus supervisors about the absence<\/strong> of their children so that the bus supervisor has previous knowledge of the students\u2019 absences from the bus trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Also, when students leave in the middle of the school time, bus supervisors must be notified so they have previous knowledge that the student will not be on the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Fourth<\/strong>, Bus supervisors must be notified after a specific period that<\/strong> they haven\u2019t ended the bus trip<\/strong>, so if they forgot, they remember to end it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        C-Bus Supervisors being notified about absences from trips<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • When a student is absent or has a leave in the middle of the school time, his\/her bus supervisor must be notified about it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • So, on the guardian\u2019s account<\/strong> \u2014 side menu \u2014 bus trips \u2014 actions column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A new action called \u201cAbsent from the Trip for Today<\/strong>\u201d will be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Also Leave requests<\/strong>, when there is a leave request that is approved by the permission officer Or manager, the bus supervisor should be notified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          D-Bus supervisor being notified that the trip is still active<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Because sometimes, bus supervisors forget to end the trip through the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Bus supervisors should be notified after 1 hour of the trip\u2019s end time<\/strong> that the trip is still active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
