clinic module enhancements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Chronic Disease indicator should appear in the home page where there are clinic transfer requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022On the diagnoses page, clinic officer will be able to filter using the diagnosis category and to view the medical record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Clinic officer will be able to attach files in the medical record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Access Path &amp; How to Use:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A-Chronic Disease appearing on the clinic transfer requests page<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the clinic transfer requests page, existing on the:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clinic officer\u2019s account &#8212; Home page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin\u2019s account &#8212; side menu &#8212; clinic &#8212; medical records &#8212; clinic transfer requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manager, Adviser, Floor supervisor, School leader &amp; Student affairs officer &#8212; side menu &#8212; clinic transfer requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u2022A new column called \u201c<strong>Has Chronic Disease<\/strong>\u201d will be added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u2022Note: chronic diseases are added by the <strong>clinic officer<\/strong> through the side menu \u2014 medical records \u2014 add\/edit medical record \u2014 chronic Diagnoses List<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022On the clinic officer\u2019s account &#8212; side menu &#8212; diagnoses \u2013&#8211; diagnoses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u2022A new column will be added on the table called \u201c<strong>Diagnose Category<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022It will return the diagnose category entered by the clinic officer through home page &#8212; view for any clinic transfer request &#8212; approve &#8212; adding diagnose page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"968\" medical records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022So, on the:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clinic officer\u2019s account &#8212; side menu &#8212; medical records &#8212; edit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clinic officer &amp; Guardian accounts &#8212; side menu &#8212; students &#8212; add medical record for any student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">At the bottom of the page, a new field called \u201c<strong>Attach File<\/strong>\u201d will be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Files that can be uploaded will be of the following Types: PDF, Word, Excel, JPG, JPEG, and PPT &amp; can upload more than one attachment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\"
