fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u2022 Closure Name *<\/strong>: Enter a clear name for the holiday or closure (e.g., <em>Mid-Year Break<\/em>, <em>National Day<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u2022 Academic Year *<\/strong>: Select the academic year the closure belongs to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u2022 Closure Semester *<\/strong>: Choose the semester that this holiday falls within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u2022 Closure Type *<\/strong>: Select the type of closure from the dropdown:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Official Holiday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semester Break<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exam Period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Religious Holiday<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Choosing the correct type ensures the system applies the right restrictions and visibility settings.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u2022 Closure Start Date *<\/strong>: Select the first day the holiday begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u2022 Closure End Date *<\/strong>: Select the last day of the holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u2022 Closure Scope *<\/strong>: Choose which areas\/modules will be impacted by this holiday (example: attendance, schedule, etc., depending on system configuration).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> The selected scope determines which actions will be disabled or paused during the holiday period.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">After completing all required fields, click <strong>Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The closure will be added to the system and
