  2. Select Registration Status Change Logs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Filtering Registration Status Change Logs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once you open the Registration Status Change Logs<\/strong> page, you can use the advanced search panel to filter and view specific status-change records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Open the Filters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At the top of the page, you will find several search fields used to filter the logs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select the Registration Status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Use the Status<\/strong> dropdown menu (highlighted in the screenshot) to filter by one or more status values, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Admission Pending<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Rejected<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Accepted<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any additional statuses configured by the school<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      You may select:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • A single status<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Multiple statuses at the same time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        2. Additional Search Filters<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        You can also filter logs using any of the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        •  Changed By<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

          Depending on system configuration, you may see other dropdowns such as grade, stage, or type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          3. Viewing the Results<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          After selecting the filter criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Click Search<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. The filtered results will appear in the table below, showing:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Student Government ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

            • From Status<\/strong> (previous status)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • To Status<\/strong> (new status)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            • Changed By<\/strong> (staff member who made the change)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Government ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Role<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Claims<\/strong> (if there are any linked claims or notes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                5. Best Practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Combine Status<\/strong> and Date Range<\/strong> filters to track changes during critical stages of the admission cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Use Date Range<\/strong> to avoid loading large amounts of data during peak admission periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Use the Changed By<\/strong> filter when reviewing internal errors or disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
