Absences Summary Report: Enhancing Parent Contact & Absence Tracking <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This update optimizes the Absences Summary Report by displaying parent mobile numbers and unexcused absence percentages directly within the data table. By offering real-time visibility into student attendance statistics and primary contact details, the system enables floor supervisors to facilitate immediate parent outreach and monitor attendance trends efficiently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature is available to Floor Supervisors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reviewing Attendance and Contact Details <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

To monitor student absence metrics and access parent contact numbers, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate\u00a0to\u00a0Students\u00a0List\u00a0page\u00a0and select the\u00a0Absences Summary\u00a0tab.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Use the date filters (From\u00a0and\u00a0To) and select the\u00a0Kind of Absence\u00a0from the dropdown menu.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click\u00a0Search\u00a0to generate the report.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Unexcused Absence %\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Review the information provided in each column:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. Parents Mobile Numbers:\u00a0Displays the primary mobile number for the student’s guardian. If you hover your cursor over the number, the system will display the specific relationship type (e.g., Father, Mother).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Unexcused Absence %:\u00a0Shows the student’s unexcused absence rate calculated for the selected date range.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
