The Edit Profile section allows you to manage your personal account information, login credentials, connected services, facial recognition, and public profile visibility, all from one place. It is divided into multiple tabs, each covering a specific aspect of your profile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing Edit Profile <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To access Edit Profile, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the top navigation bar. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. The Profile Menu opens. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Click Edit Profile. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Your profile page opens, displaying your name and role at the top, along with a row of tabs across the page. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Account Settings Tab <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The Account Settings tab is where you manage your login credentials, system preferences, and connected accounts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To update your account settings, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Login Information:\u00a0Update your\u00a0Login Name,\u00a0Current Password\u00a0(required\u00a0for validation), and\u00a0set\u00a0a new\u00a0Password.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Preferences:\u00a0Adjust your\u00a0Date Format,\u00a0System Language, and toggle\u00a0Disable\u00a0welcoming\u00a0by saying your name.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Integrations:\u00a0Link\u00a0third-party institutional networks or tools including\u00a0Microsoft Active Directory,\u00a0Zoom, and\u00a0Google Drive.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. Add Face:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  1. Add Face to Canteen:\u00a0Register facial recognition to process fast, cardless payments at the school canteen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Add Face to Exams:\u00a0Register facial recognition to securely verify identity when entering exams.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Voice Commands:\u00a0Click\u00a0Set Sound\u00a0to configure integrated voice-command audio parameters.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        1. Click Save to apply all\u00a0changes, or\u00a0Cancel to discard them.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          Note: Canteen and Exam facial data are registered separately and both require direct device camera access. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          Personal Information Tab <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                          The Personal Information tab contains your basic personal details as stored and displayed in the system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                              Note: Changes made in Public Profile Settings affect what other users see when they visit your Public Profile page.
