It does not&nbsp;indicate&nbsp;direct administrative system errors, but highlights gaps in school operations, including:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Alert 1 \u2014 Grade Submission Delay<\/em>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This alert displays when the logged-in school has report cards with incomplete student&nbsp;grades&nbsp;and the report card closing date is within 3 days or fewer.
