This dual-tab widget functions as an advanced personal productivity manager and informational hub, allowing you to track tasks and stay updated on institutional announcements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing the To Do \/ Announcements Widget <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To\u00a0locate\u00a0this widget, follow these steps:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log into your account.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Select the\u00a0Overview\u00a0tab from the top panel layout.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Scroll to the lower section of the main dashboard area to find the dual-tab widget.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        You can access the To-Do List through two methods:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Via Sidebar:\u00a0Click\u00a0To-Do List\u00a0from the main left navigation sidebar.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Via Overview Widget:\u00a0From the\u00a0Overview\u00a0page, scroll to the\u00a0To Do\u00a0widget and click\u00a0Show more\u00a0at the bottom to open the full dedicated To-Do List page.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Manage your personal workflow and task status variations directly from this panel:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Status Filters:\u00a0Quickly toggle between categories to filter your task entries:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. All:<\/em>\u00a0Displays your full list of tasks.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                1. To do:<\/em>\u00a0Surfaces pending items awaiting attention.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  1. Action\u00a0required:<\/em>\u00a0Highlighting tasks needing immediate administrative execution.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Completed:<\/em>\u00a0Houses\u00a0records\u00a0of resolved tasks.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Show More:\u00a0Click this option at the bottom to expand the view pane and review historical entries.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        1. Select the task you need, click on\u00a0the dropdown arrow next to a task status to perform further actions:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                            \n
                          • Edit:\u00a0Opens the task configuration pop-up to\u00a0modify\u00a0details, due date, or status.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            • Delete:\u00a0Permanently\u00a0removes\u00a0the task entry from your list.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                              Note: Task statuses do not update automatically. You must manually select and update a task’s status as work progresses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Creating a New Task (Add Task Modal)<\/em> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                              1. Click\u00a0Add Task\u00a0to launch the creation pop-up window, then configure the following required and optional fields:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                  \n
                                1. Task Title (Required):\u00a0Enter a clear, concise name for your task in the text field.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                    \n
                                  1. Description:\u00a0Add detailed operational context or notes (up to 250 characters).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                      \n
                                    1. Due Date (Required):\u00a0Click\u00a0the calendar icon or manually enter the scheduled completion date (mm\/dd\/yyyy).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                        \n
                                      1. Status (Required):\u00a0Select the\u00a0initial\u00a0task status from the dropdown menu (defaults to\u00a0To\u00a0do<\/em>).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                        1. Click\u00a0Save\u00a0to commit the task to your\u00a0list, or\u00a0Cancel\u00a0to discard your entry.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
