The Questions Banks module serves as a centralized repository for managing, reviewing, and analyzing automatically generated or school-created assessment questions mapped directly to learning outcomes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing Questions Banks <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To open the Questions Banks repository, follow these steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Expand\u00a0Courses Management\u00a0from the left navigation sidebar.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select\u00a0Questions Banks.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. The main repository page opens, displaying search filters and the primary questions bank repository table.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Locate your target question bank row in the repository table.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Under the\u00a0Action\u00a0column, click the\u00a0Eye Icon\u00a0(View).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. The dedicated details page opens, divided into two main sections:\u00a0General Information Header\u00a0and\u00a0Questions List Table.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Displays master metadata including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Creator & Date Stamps:\u00a0Displays the\u00a0author\u00a0name along with creation and modification timestamps.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
