T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez l\u2019exemple de fichier, remplissez-le avec le code d\u2019\u00e9tat (Actif\/Effacer\/Transf\u00e9r\u00e9\/Suspendu\/\u2026), puis t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez-le de id=\"0-toc-title\">Bulk Update of Student Status<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The&nbsp;<strong>System Administrator (Admin)<\/strong>&nbsp;can update the status of a group of students in bulk through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">From the&nbsp;<strong>Main Menu<\/strong>, open the&nbsp;<strong>Users<\/strong>&nbsp;drop-down list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click on&nbsp;<strong>Students<\/strong>&nbsp;to access the full list of student accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"486\" to modify the status of multiple students simultaneously, reducing manual effort and ensuring efficient data management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business Validation Rules<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The academic year<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The selected students must belong to the&nbsp;<strong>same school<\/strong>&nbsp;(in multi-school environments).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The new status selected must be&nbsp;<strong>different from the current student status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Students must have&nbsp;<strong>valid administrative IDs (Admin ID)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Students must have&nbsp;<strong>valid educational IDs (Student ID)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The statuses allowed for update are:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Active<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deleted<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blocked<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transferred<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Suspended<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Graduated<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admission Pending<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">If the selected students exceed&nbsp;<strong>500 students<\/strong>, the system will display a warning message and will not complete the operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If one of the selected students does not meet the criteria (different school, invalid ID, etc.), the system will notify the user and exclude that student from the bulk update.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It allows the system
