Trips

As a bus supervisor, you want to keep up to date with the school trips. That is why the system provides you with an advanced feature to follow up with your school’s bus trips with all their details. 

To Access and Browse Bus Trips Page: 

You can search for the bus trip you want by the student name, bus supervisor, or starting time from the search fields. 

1. Click Buses and then Trips from the main menu.
2. A table with all morning and night bus trips appears.
3. You can see the school name, trip title, bus number, supervisor’s name, starting time, and trip type. 
4. From the Action column, click the Trip Log button to view the date and status of the trip, or to view any added comments.
5. To view today’s trips only, click Bus, then Today’s trips from the main menu.
