Add Pagination to Registration Approval Page

Aim:
As an Admin or Admission Officer, I want the Registration Approval page to support pagination, so that I can navigate and review student registrations more efficiently, especially when the list is long.

Access Path:

• Admission Officer: Can access the page via The Registration Approval page is the default homepage when this role logs in.
• Admin: Can access the page via: Users — Student — More Actions — Registration Approvals
• Only users with the Admin or Admission Office role can view this page.
• The page should retain current filtering and sorting functionalities alongside pagination.

How to Use:

1. User navigates to the Registration Approval page.

2.The system fetches and displays the first page of results.

3.The user can navigate using Next, Previous, and direct page numbers.

4.Filters or searches reset to page 1.
