Active requests

The Active Requests screen allows users to manage parent-student requests by filtering based on school and grade level while providing audio alerts and a fullscreen view option.

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:

1. Click “Parents students requests” to view all parent requests.
2. Click “Today’s requests” to filter only today’s requests.
3. Click the red speaker button to turn audio notifications on or off.
4. Click the “Select School” dropdown and choose a school to filter requests.
5. Click the “Select Level” dropdown and pick a grade level or select All to view all.
6. Click the blue expand button to switch to fullscreen mode for better visibility.
7. Click the same dropdown again to change or reset your selection.
