To Create a Canteen: #
Classera provides a service to ensure time and effort are saved and to precisely define the requirements for all the food items that students consume, ensuring good health is monitored by parents regarding what their children eat.
The system manager sets up the primary and essential settings for the cafeteria manager according to the institution’s instructions regarding schedules and is responsible for setting up the personal account details for the cafeteria manager.
To activate the Canteen module for the institution:
From the main menu, select Settings then System Settings.
hen start activating the module by clicking on “Activate”, setting the number of working days, the timing for receiving orders, and setting the cancellation time.
Note: We find the currency used by the school.
External Settings:
From the main menu, select ” Canteen”. The system displays a button to create a school canteen.
- Click the Create Canteen button on the Canteen page.
- Type the canteen name.
- Select the school(s) where you want to add this canteen.
- Click Save.
- Your added canteen shows in the Canteens table where you can edit, delete or assign users to the canteen from the Action column.
Note: To add canteen officers, go to Users >> Management.
