Export Bus Cards

On the Export Bus Cards screen users filter and export student bus cards based on name, ID, or class details while providing options to customize the displayed information.

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:

1. Enter a name in the “Name” field to search for a student by name.
2. Enter a Student’s ID in the “Student’s ID” field to find a specific student.
3. Enter Level and Section in the “Level – Section” field to search by class details.
4. Check or uncheck “Hide Section Breaks” to show or remove section dividers.
5. Check or uncheck “Hide Level and Section” to hide or display class details.
6. Check or uncheck “Hide Academic Year” to control the visibility of the academic year.
7. Click the green print button to export the bus cards.
