The Forms screen displays a list of assigned forms related to evaluations. It provides details of previous forms, such as the Title, Close Date, and available Actions for each form. The user can manage or review them.
To manage this screen efficiently, do as follows:
- Navigate to the Forms screen under the evaluation section in the student’s account; the forms of the student are displayed to review, edit, or manage.
- To export the form data for record-keeping or analysis, click the Export to Excel button. This will generate an Excel file of the displayed forms.
- Use the navigation arrows at the bottom of the table to explore additional pages if applicable.
