Guardians

On the Guardians screen, you can find a list of guardians along with their government ID, name, number of linked children, school, mobile number, gender, nationality, last activity, and email, this screen shows a list of guardians. In addition to viewing associated students and viewing the account modification history, users can filter, search, and export data.

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:

1. To open the Guardians screen, click Users from the main menu, then Guardians.

2. To view the guardian database, click Guardians.

3. Enter a Government ID, Name, School, or Username to use the search filters, and then click Search to locate particular guardians.

4. Click Students under the Action column to view linked students or Account Changed Log to check changes made to the guardian’s account.
