My Approvals

On the My Approvals screen the Reports menu, users can track and manage approval requests. The page provides an overview of approval statuses and a detailed list of approval requests.

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:

  1. Click Reports in the left-side menu to expand the section.
  2. Select Approvals and then click My Approvals to access the approvals list.
  3. Review the Request overview and Request status charts for a quick summary.
  4. Scroll down to the Approvals flow list to see pending and completed approvals.
  5. Click Rows to adjust the number of displayed records.
  6. Click Export to download the approvals data.
  7. Click Customize columns to modify the displayed information.
