On the My Approvals screen the Reports menu, users can track and manage approval requests. The page provides an overview of approval statuses and a detailed list of approval requests.

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:
- Click Reports in the left-side menu to expand the section.
- Select Approvals and then click My Approvals to access the approvals list.
- Review the Request overview and Request status charts for a quick summary.
- Scroll down to the Approvals flow list to see pending and completed approvals.
- Click Rows to adjust the number of displayed records.
- Click Export to download the approvals data.
- Click Customize columns to modify the displayed information.
