On the Virtual Meeting screen, you can find search, manage, and start virtual meetings from this interface. To take action, stick to the instructions listed below.

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:
Search for a Meeting
1-In the search fields, type the title or the start time.
2-To narrow down the results, click the Search button.
Manage Meetings
1-Use the checkboxes to select one or more meetings.
2-To eliminate chosen meetings, click Deleted Selected.
3-To change how many rows are shown, click Rows.
4-To download meeting data, click Export.
5-To change the columns that are visible, click Customize columns.
Call a Meeting
1-Look through the list for the meeting.
2-To begin the chosen meeting, click the Launch button in the Action column.
