Add Expiry Date to a Financial Claim

To access the Online Financial Claims follow up this steps: 

  1. from the side menu, click the Online Financial Claims, the main claims student list page appears.
  2. Locate the claim that needs an Expiry Date, From the Action column (right side), click Financial Claims button.
  • in the next page Click Add Financial Claim button.

In the Add Financial Claims page Complete the following fields:

  • Student Name (Auto-filled)
  • Student Number (Auto-filled)
  • Invoice Type* Select the invoice type (e.g., Tuition Fees).
  • Semester* Select the semester.
  • Amount (KWD)* Enter the claim amount.
  • Expiration Date Select the expiry date (Click to enter the date manually in the corresponding field or select the date from the pop-up calendar).
  • Allow Partial Payment Check if applicable.
  • Note: Add notes if needed.
  • After entering the details, click Submit.
