This screen allows users to add an admission exam by entering the exam title, publishing date, and one or more time slots. Users can select the start and finish hours for each timeslot, as well as manage new slots by clicking the add or remove button. After filling out all of the details, click the Submit button to save the exam.

Admission Exams Schedule #

To open the Admission Exams Section:
- Click Admission Exams from the main menu.
- Click the Admission Exams Schedule menu option.

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:
- Enter the exam title in the Exam Title field.
- Enter the publishing date in the Publishing Date” field.
- Set the time range for Timeslot 1 using the From and To fields.
- Click the green plus (+) button to add another timeslot if needed.
- Set the time range for additional timeslots as required.
- Click the red minus (−) button to remove any extra timeslot.
- Click the Submit button to save the exam.

To use this screen efficiently, do as follows:
- To open any Admission Exam schedule, select View from the main menu.
- To create a new exam entry, click Add Exam.
- Fill out the exam title field.
- Enter the publication date.
- Please indicate the From and To times for each Timeslot.
- For each timeslot:
- Designate the hall where the exam will take place.
- Select the students (make sure they are not duplicated across timeslots).
- Assign these teachers (make sure there are no time conflicts among slots).
- Avoid utilizing the same hall during overlapping times.
- If additional time slots are required, click the green (+) button.
- To remove a timeslot, use the red (-) button.
- Click the Submit button to save the exam schedule.
Definition of Situations in Which Entrance Exams Are Allowed #
The Admissions Officer can use the following procedures to identify the statuses that can be connected to students’ entrance exams:
- Go to Settings >> Settings for Registration.
- . There is a field called Statuses that can be added to entrance examinations.
- Select the relevant statuses.


Customizing Columns #
This feature makes data handling quicker and more effective by allowing you to customize the display to only show the information that is pertinent to your work.
To customize columns efficiently, do as follows:
- On the main student registration screen, click the Customize Columns button over the student table.
- Select the Customize columns option.
- A dropdown list with all of the possible columns will show up when you click the button.
- To display a column name in the table, check the box next to it.
- To make that column invisible from the view, uncheck the box.
- Customizable columns include:
- Identification Number
- Name
- School
- The semester
- Name of Secondary Language
- Levels of Students
- Gender
- Number of the Guardian
- Situation
- Mobile
- Country of origin
- And more…
Note: The student table will immediately update to reflect the selections or deselections.
