This screen allows an Account Clinic Officer to manage approval-related tasks by selecting specific blocks such as My Approvals or Approval Request from a dropdown menu. It is part of a web-based interface used to track and handle approvals.


To use this screen efficiently do as follows:
- Log in to the Clinic Administrator account
- Access the School Clinic System using your administrator credentials.
- Open the Medical Approval Management section
- Navigate to the section where chronic illness documentation is managed.
- Review or upload student medical reports
- Use the available tools to upload reports submitted by parents or view existing records.
- Ensure health status is visible to teachers
- The system will automatically allow teachers to view the student’s health condition within their course dashboard (view-only access)
