Account Clinic officer

This screen allows an Account Clinic Officer to manage approval-related tasks by selecting specific blocks such as My Approvals or Approval Request from a dropdown menu. It is part of a web-based interface used to track and handle approvals.

To use this screen efficiently do as follows:

  1. Log in to the Clinic Administrator account
  2. Access the School Clinic System using your administrator credentials.
  3. Open the Medical Approval Management section
  4. Navigate to the section where chronic illness documentation is managed.
  5. Review or upload student medical reports
  6. Use the available tools to upload reports submitted by parents or view existing records.
  7. Ensure health status is visible to teachers
  8. The system will automatically allow teachers to view the student’s health condition within their course dashboard (view-only access)
