Joining MS Teams Meeting Rooms

When it is time for the virtual meeting, supervisors should attend first to let the rest of the users in.

To Join a Virtual Meeting: #
  1. On the Virtual Meetings page, click the eye icon next to the meeting that is about to start.
  2. Choose one of the following options:
    • Continue on this browser
    • Open Microsoft Teams
  3. Click the camera icon and the mic icon to open the camera and the mic connected before joining the meeting.
  4. Choose a background filter if you want.
  5. Click Join now.

Note: If you choose Continue on this browser, you will enter as an attendee, so use the sign-in link if you are an organizer, or have a Microsoft account accredited.
