Student list

This Page is used to view/add student absences and behaviors and generate absence reports and student affairs reports.

Student List Page Contents: #

• Students List to view the list of the students in the school.
• Daily Absences to view the student’s daily absences.

Note: You can record the students’ full-day absences from the student list.

• Course Absences to view all student’s absences based on the course. 

Note: You can record students’ course absences from the student list.

• Absences Summary to view a detailed summary of different types of absences.

Note: You will be able to send an absence letter or SMS messages to the students or their parents or both of them.

• Course Absences Summary to view a summary of courses based on your search criteria, then you can send an absence letter to the students.  
• Conditional Courses Absences to view the conditional course absences summary based on the number of absences in a specific range of time.
• Behaviors Report to view a report about positive and negative behavior for all students.

Note: You can record students’ behaviors from the student list.

• Full-day Absences Detailed Report to view a report for students’ full-day absences in detail. 
• VCR Activation Report to view the percentage of classrooms attended (launched) by the teachers compared to the number of classrooms created for a specific course.
• Student Affairs Summary to view a report showing the number of (full-day absences, course absences, behaviors, and lateness) for the students.
