The Contents Reports page is an excellent option to review inappropriate content reported. You can follow up on the tickets submitted for the inappropriate content and check what procedures have been taken.
- Review the “Open” and “Closed” counters at the top of the screen to understand the number of open versus closed content reports.
- Use the search fields for “Ticket Id,” “Subject,” and “School” to filter the list according to specific criteria.
- Utilize the “All” dropdown menu adjacent to “Ticket Id” to further refine your search based on ticket status or type.
- Click the “Advanced Search” button for more detailed search options if needed.
- Review the list in the table to see details like Ticket Id, Module, Subject, Status, School, Sender, Assign To, Date, and Reporting times.
- Use the “Export” button to export the data to your desired format.
- Use the search button to apply your search criteria and update the list according to the filters set.
